Sustainable accreditations

BREEAM

Our team has been involved in multiple projects that have been award the BREEAM Excellent certification for the base build and transferred this through to the fitout.

LEED

We have been involved in delivering the first LEED Platinum project in Ireland and other LEED Gold certified projects and are very familiar with the process.

SKA

More applicable to fitouts in the UK our team has helped manage and deliver SKA Gold projects, and this accreditation is becoming more prevalent in Ireland too.

Sustainable Value

Many options proposed in the process can be implemented without much issue or impact on costs - INTIRE will work with you on finding materials that are cost neutral or fit with your project budget.
