Cedar Hall Apartment

Cedar Hall apartment was a 3 bed residential fitout completed over a 6 week period in the Milltown area of Dublin. This was a good project, smooth and handed over on time and to the clients budget. Issues with damp and circulation, and involved upgrading the complete M+E set up, switching to all new electric appliances and heating - fully modernising the space.

Working on a residential project meant more restrictions on noisy times and the building being live added its on complexities - not to mention being on the 5th floor with a tiny lift. Logistics were tricky but were managed well with minimal disruption to other tenants.

Removal of all existing M+E
Re-wire and Re-plumb the whole apartment
Full re-skim to re-finish the walls
New electric heating system including new LED lights
Change of location of the kitchen and services within the floorplate
New walls around the bathroom areas due to damp - lined walls to external
New ventilation to the ensuite and master bath
New Laminate flooring throughout including re-tiling the bathrooms
All new sanitary ware to the bathroom and ensuite
All new doors and ironmongery throughout with skirting and architrave
New drop ceilings throughout - creating a service void
Painting and decoration throughout
Final clean
