St. Conleth's College
St. Conleth's College was an educational project in Dublin. It involved completing upgrade works to the heating system to the entire school - over three floors, during the closed period over the summer. Strict completion date due to the kids returning to school. Project duration 8 weeks.

Not a glamourous fitout as most of the works occurred in the ceiling voids throughout the floors. Only works visible as an end result was the pipe casings to cover in the new heating pipes. The works included:

-
Opening the voids to gain access
-
Remove existing defunct heating system and radiators
-
Core through the walls for access throughout the school
-
Install new heating system and new radiators
-
Firestop all penetrations
-
Enclose all voids following install
-
Form pipe casings around new pipework
-
Decorations
-
Final clean
